Interest calculators for loans and comparisons

Before taking out a loan, it is advisable to consult an interest calculator on the internet. An interest calculator for loans allows the consumer to compare loan offers and find the cheapest loan with the help of an interest calculator.

In general, a loan means that a lender lends a borrower a certain sum of money for a fixed period. For this, they may charge interest. A loan fee is also charged in many cases. This varies, however, and depends on various factors. The term loan comes from Latin and means "to trust."

Low-interest rates at MAXDA

Anyone using an interest calculator for loans will come across the attractive offers from MAXDA. MAXDA has been working with a wide range of lenders for years, including in the international market. This enables us to grant a SCHUFA-free loan. However, we also provide loans specifically for civil servants or mortgage loans.

If you are interested in a loan, feel free to contact us about our offers and conditions or use our MAXDA interest calculator for loans.

What does Schufa-free loan mean?

An interest calculator can also be used before taking out a SCHUFA-free loan. The Schufa is an organization, a credit bureau, that stores all relevant data about a person's financial situation. This can include opening a Girokonto, using a credit card, installment payments at a mail-order company, or taking out a loan. All of this data has no major significance if the installments are paid on time, repayment is not in question, and the account is not overdrawn.

If this is not the case, the person receives a negative entry and a lower scoring value. This value provides information to all lenders about the likelihood that the money for a loan will be repaid on time and in full. Anyone can request this information, including the borrower. The borrower is meant to be protected just as much as the lender. This is intended to prevent over-indebtedness of borrowers.

If the employment situation is still stable, you can apply to us for a SCHUFA-free loan with an income of at least 1,130 euros. This loan is not recorded with Schufa, because it is concluded through foreign banks. How high the additional costs are can be easily checked online with an interest calculator. There you enter the maximum amount to be financed and the interest calculator will calculate the amount of costs for you.

What other types of loans does MAXDA offer?

In addition to a standard consumer loan, which is issued for medium-term consumer goods, there are also long-term loans such as those for real estate. These are generally very cost-effective, since the collateral provided by registering a land charge already offers sufficient security.

An interest calculator can also be helpful here. You indicate which loan amount you need for which term. From this information, the interest rate is then calculated.

In addition to mortgage loans, there are also loans for job seekers, which, however, prove to be considerably more difficult than granting a loan to employees or civil servants. For this we need a solvent guarantor. In an emergency, this guarantor is then liable for the total sum. Of course, the lender must secure themselves. We can also pass on the best interest rates to those who offer good financial prerequisites.

Use an interest calculator before signing a contract

Find out on our website which type of loan is right for you. Check with an interest calculator what costs you will face. Some data is required for this, such as the total amount of money needed and the term. Afterwards, your personal data is required, that is, in addition to name and address, of course also your income situation.

This is documented in a self-declaration. In it you record how much monthly income, additional income and expenses you have. Expenses include rent or mortgage, insurance, car costs, fixed maintenance payments and any installments for a loan. In the end you have an overview that shows which loan amount you can take out.

Now send all documents, including proof of income, to the lender via the PostIdent procedure. At the post office it is checked that you are really the signer of the contracts. These documents are checked within a very short time. In the case of a positive decision, you will receive the money in cash or by transfer to your current account.

How do I repay the money?

The interest rate at MAXDA is always from 3.99%. The term is also set when the contracts are signed. Repayment is made monthly. The first installment is due four weeks after the loan amount has been disbursed. It is up to you whether you prefer to have the payment collected on the first or the fifteenth of a month. If you should ever have a lot of money left over, there is also the option to repay the entire loan immediately.

A loan inquiry after using the loan calculator is completely non-binding and free of charge. The processing fee is only charged when the loan is approved. We have been working reliably on the European market for years and are one of the largest financial service providers in Germany. So do not hesitate to ask our competent staff about a loan. We are happy to help you.
