How can I apply for a loan amount at MAXDA?

Application process

The loan amount (or loan sum) is the amount that a lender provides to the borrower. Unlike the credit sum, the loan amount does not include interest or fees — it therefore corresponds to the actual sum of money that is transferred to your account after the successful conclusion of a loan agreement and, for example, is available for financing a property.

In principle, the loan amount is fixed in the contract between borrower and lender and does not change after the disbursement of your loan. However, you can apply to increase your existing loan and thereby conclude a new contract with a new loan amount. The possible size of your loan — the amount of the loan — can vary depending on the purpose of the loan or the individual requirements of the provider. As one of Germany's largest financial service providers, MAXDA offers loans for any purpose ranging from 3,000 Euro up to 250,000 Euro.

The amount of the loan is entirely up to you: whatever dream you want to fulfil, MAXDA will find the right loan for you on premium terms.

Repayment and calculation of the loan amount

The repayment amount consists of the loan amount, interest and fees, which vary depending on the provider. At MAXDA you can obtain a loan from an effective annual interest rate of 3.99% — regardless of the term or purpose. If you take out a civil servant loan (Beamtendarlehen), you can benefit from long terms and therefore favourable instalments. At MAXDA it is possible to apply for a loan amount as a Beamtendarlehen with terms of up to 240 months. This option is not only available to civil servants, but also to employees of the public service and permanent employees with more than 10 years of service.

The instalments agreed in the contract for the repayment of your loan amount usually apply for the entire term of the contract. At MAXDA the initially agreed and contractually fixed interest rate does not change over the entire term of your loan agreement. At MAXDA you do not have to start repaying immediately — the first instalment is only due four weeks after receipt of the loan amount you applied for — monthly on either the 1st or the 15th of a month.

Often there is the possibility to redeem a loan early, i.e. before the end of the agreed contract term. With an early repayment you can save interest on the repayment of your loan, since interest is only calculated for the term that has already elapsed. This way you can reduce your repayment amount. At MAXDA you can redeem your loan at any time.

Conditions for taking out a loan

To apply for a loan at MAXDA you must be of legal age and have a regular income of at least 850 Euro per month. If you cannot meet these conditions, MAXDA will still find a solution for you. If you name a solvent guarantor, a loan application is possible even if you do not have a job or do not receive the required net income. As with any payment obligation, a loan amount is usually recorded with Schufa.

Schufa records information about the type, amount and purpose of the loan, as well as your credit cards, bank accounts and payment history (such as reminders or enforcement orders). If you do not want your loan amount to be registered with Schufa, MAXDA offers the option of a credit without Schufa. For loan amounts up to 5,000 Euro MAXDA can offer you a loan without any Schufa entry. This is made possible by loan grants through foreign banks. If you are between 18 and 60 years old and receive a net minimum income of 1,130 Euro per month, nothing stands in the way of your application for a Schufa-free loan amount.
